PRINTING STEP INSTRUCTION WRITING

We created the printing step instruction with the pictures and the pictures could make the instruction more clear. In the usability testing, we learned that we should stand at the point of the users to write the instructions because the instructions should help the users to solve problems. We never know what kinds of questions the users would have, so the usability testing is really important. The usability testing could help us to improve our instructions.
